The emphasis of On-Ramp is on skill development and exposure to fundamental movements. It is designed to prepare our athletes to enter our ongoing group classes. The focus is on technique and gradual exposure to metabolic conditioning, as well as discovering the limiting factors that bring imbalances, deficiencies, and weaknesses.
Winning Edge understands the importance of physical activity and fitness for all skill levels. Our Foundations Course provides an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of movement, nutrition, recovery, and physical activity in a competition-free zone. This course focuses on understanding proper technique and movement at a comfortable pace for all beginners.
Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time. Using whiteboards and scoreboards, we track your progress with tangible data so you get motivated to compete with yourself and win.
Our Athletic Performance program focuses on increasing strength, power, speed, agility, and injury prevention by focusing on proper mechanics of movement. The training protocol is designed and customized to be sport relevant and geared toward educating athletes on how training directly effects performance.
Our Team Training programs deliver challenging workouts that produce sustainable results so teams gain a winning edge. Sessions can be provided on-site, at your facility, to provide your team with the convenience of having our coaches focus on getting them physically and mentally prepared for the season ahead.
Winning Edge offers private in person training sessions with any of our dedicated coaches. Working one-on-one under the watchful eye of one of our coaches can assist you in addressing any additional individual training needs. Whether you are working through imbalances, looking to increase strength, hoping to get in shape or looking to compete, private training sessions are an available option to help get you there.
Winning Edge also offers custom training programming. A coach will work with you to determine your short and long term goals and tailor a workout program specifically designed to meet them. Custom programming is available from any of our Winning Edge coaches, and includes a week to week plan that includes an assessment, and weekly check ins to measure your progress. The pace and structure of the program is designed for the individual and will work with any schedule and fitness level.
Nutrition is the foundation of fitness. Are you eating enough calories or too many? What are the best foods to eat to reach your fitness goals? The nutrition coaching program at WE Fitness combines education, accountability and action to help you create changes and new habits that will last a LIFETIME! This is not about a quick fix, rather about equipping you with the knowledge, support and tools to help you reach your goals and feel your best in and out of the gym.
Beginning with an introductory nutrition class, followed by an individually designed nutrition plan that tells you what you need to eat, when, and how much of it, will make transforming your body into a healthier version of you clear and maintainable. We believe that anyone can reach their fitness goals with the right mindset, knowledge and support and are to coach you to building life long habits and results!

Fit Fueled is an all levels class where no two sessions are alike and each is formatted to challenge the toughest of athletes while still being manageable and modifiable for a novice. Nicole’s style of coaching, while a little outside of the box, is rooted in functional fitness. She teaches in a way to distract from the internal noise, leaving you empowered and stronger of BOTH the mind & body!
